First, multiple sets of rollers roll the metal wire while extracting it, and send it to make eyeglass rings.

Connect the glasses ring：

The lens is to be inserted into the inner groove of the eyeglass ring, so a small locking piece is used to connect the two ends of the eyeglass ring.

First fix and clamp the locking block, then put the mirror ring on top, and after coating the flux, heat the metal wires to weld them together. The welding method of connecting metals is called brazing~After welding the two ends, the glasses ring can be connected tightly~

Spectacle bridge joint：

Then there is a punching machine to bend the bridge of the glasses. Fix the spectacle ring and the bridge of the nose together in the mold and lock them tightly.

Then according to the previous design, weld them all together~

Automatic welding:

Of course, there are also automatic welding machines~ the same is true, first fix the various parts in the position they should be in...then lock it!

Look at a close-up: this sponge is the welding head of the automatic welding machine, which can replace manual welding work.

The nose brackets on both sides of the nose, as well as other accessories, are also welded in this way.

Make Eyewear Temples：

After finishing the part of the spectacle frame on the nose, we need to make the spectacle legs on the ears~ The first step is to prepare the raw materials, first cut the metal wire to a suitable size.

It then passes through an extruder, where the metal end is stamped in a die.Like this, one end of the temple is squeezed vigorously into a small bulge.

Then use a punching machine to press the small drum flat and smooth~

After that, a hinge can be welded on the flat part of the mirror leg, which will be connected to the eyeglass ring later. The degree of relaxation of the glasses legs depends on the precise fit of this hinge~

Mounting screws

Fix the hinges of the glasses legs, use the machine to automatically screw on the screws, and screw them on in seconds. The advantage of using machine automation now is not only labor saving, but also the preset force can be controlled well, neither will it be too tight if it is increased by one point, nor will it be too loose if it is reduced by one point...

Polishing：

After welding, the spectacle frame also needs to enter the roller for grinding to remove burrs and round corners.

After that, the workers have to put the frame on the rolling grinding wheel, and make the frame more shiny through meticulous polishing.

Clean Plating：

After the spectacle frames are polished, it's not over yet! It has to be cleaned, soaked in acid to remove oil and impurities, and then electroplated, covered with an anti-oxidation film... This is electroplating!

Curved temples:

Finally, install a soft rubber sleeve on the end of the mirror leg, and then use an automatic machine to make a full bend, a pair of metal glasses frame, and you are done~

Quality inspection：

Of course, the last step is also an indispensable step. It must be inspected by professionals to see if it is qualified. Unqualified products must be repaired until they are qualified.
