How to find the perfect frame?
A pair of glasses that suits your style and comfort may not necessarily suit others. We all have our own unique facial features and eyeglass frames come in different sizes and shapes, so you can follow the frame size and choose the frame that best fits you.
Below are definitions of some common terms that may be helpful when considering which eyeglass frames may be right for you.
All eyeglass frames are measured in millimeters (mm).

Frame leg length
Measured from the screw position to the end of the leg, including the bend position. In other words, it is the "arm length" of the frame. Leg length can be between 120mm and 150mm, the most common are 135mm, 140mm, 145mm and 150mm. if you think the legs are too short, please check other frames as the length of the legs vary from brand to brand. Alternatively, you can choose frames with easy-to-adjust plastic temples, but you still need to make sure the temples are long enough to fit horizontally on your ears.
Frame Width
The overall width of the frame from one side of the studs to the other side of the studs.
Note; a frame that is too wide will make your eyes close together, while a frame that is too narrow will make your face look bigger and bigger.
Lens Width
Lens width is limited by the style of the frame, so if you personally prefer a wider lens, you will need to choose a wider frame. It is especially important to choose a wider frame for double focal lenses or progressive lenses.
Frame Height
The frame height is measured from the top tip of the frame to the bottom of the frame. This measurement is especially important for double focal lenses or progressive lenses.
Nose Width
The width of the nose bridge is the space between the two lenses and usually ranges from 14mm to 24mm. If you have a narrow nose bridge or tight eyes, choose a lower nose bridge width number (15mm to 18mm), or if you have a wider nose bridge or wider eyes, you will want to use a larger nose bridge width number (18mm to 22mm).
When buying new glasses, if the old frames fit your face, it is a good idea to write down the frame size of the old glasses and you will see some printed or engraved numbers on the inside of the frame legs or on the back of the nose bridge area.
Take 54-16-140 for example. The first number 54 is the width of the lens; the second number 16 is the width of the nose bridge,
and the last number 140 is the length of the frame leg. Sometimes there is a fourth number for the height of the frame. These numbers are very convenient and can be used as a reference to choose the best frame for you.
