Cellulose Acetate

Cellulose acetate granule is made of natural cotton or wood pulp through chemical modification.

Quality Testing on Granules

Mixing

Mix the acetate granules and color pigments until the granules evenly colored.

Color Confirming

Make sure the color of the chips made by the injection machine is consistent with the standard color.

Making Components

Extrude the pre-colored granules into components with different patterns and shapes.

Hot Pressing

Step I: Fill the mould with components.

step Il: Make sure the components are evenly distributed in the mould.

Step Ill: Feed the mould into the machine where the components are hot-pressed into block sheet.

Laminating

Step l: Glue the acetate sheets evenly by the machine.

Step Il: Laminate the acetate sheets of different types and thicknesses up and down or left and right.

Planing the Surface

Plane the sheets to smooth the surface and trim the thickness

Test

UV Test, Bleeding Test, Shrinkage Test, Hardness Test, Elongation at Break Test, lzod Test, Elasticity Coefficient with Flexion Test, Delamination   Test, Tensile Strength Test.
